We had a beautiful day with all of our family yesterday. We actually had all of our immediate family there except for my brother, who is traveling for work. We missed him, but it was great having everybody else together to celebrate our sweet Karsten.
The blessing was just beautiful. It was so tender seeing Karsten encircled about by all these worthy priesthood holders, blessing and holding him. I know he will be supported throughout his life by all the wonderful family his has, and his big brother and sister. He has been such a special addition to our family. There is nothing ordinary about having children, each one of them is so special and valuable.My side of the family has 8 little children, so getting them all rounded up for a picture was a challenge, but we got it done! Then uncle Sander got Karsten to give smile after smile! He has a real gift to make babies laugh :) It was so cute!
A sincere thank you to everyone who came to support him on this special day. Having all our family there made it just so much more special. We can't wait to experience the rest of our lives with our sweet Karsten.
Oh he is so cute! I'm excited we have a couple more kids the same age. :) We will have to figure out when we can all get together.
