Family Home Evening Family nights are always interesting, exhausting and fun, as many of you with little children know. After singing lots of songs, a short lesson on temples, and a tantrum because Benson didn't get to say the prayer, we sat down for a treat and to read scriptures, and got some cute shots and videos of the kids.
Benson:
He thinks it is super funny when daddy laughs, and then he starts laughing hysterically as a result. Here it is on film. Notice how even more amusing this little segment ends, with a nice big burp from Benson:

Ella:

She doesn't get a lot of treats because of her food allergies, so when we do find something she can have she just devours it! It is so cute to watch. She does amazingly well at feeding herself with a spoon. Probably because she is our second child and we needed her to self feed a little sooner than Benson :) Here is a super cute video of her feeding herself and chattering away. She, too, finds it hilarious when dad and Benson are fake laughing, and if you listen closely you will hear them laughing in the background when she starts busting up! Last but not least, here is a video I have been meaning to shoot all week: Benson singing "I am a child of God" all by heart and by himself. For some reason he had the hiccups while he was singing it, but nonetheless it so cute! I also loved that they sang that song a bunch of times in primary in Sunday, which he was so excited about. Enjoy:
