Pioneer day
This has been another fun and busy couple of weeks. Andrew, the kids and I just got back from a fun weekend with my family in Ogden for the Pioneer Holiday. We also said goodbye to Sarah on Thursday who has reunited with her parents in Chile, we will miss her around here! But we were so glad she was able to come and see us for a little while. Grandma and grandpa picked her up and took her to the airport. Here are some pictures from her goodbye:







Andrew & I enjoyed a much needed holiday weekend with my family in Ogden. My parents bought a fun little pool for the backyard, which the kids of course loved. Benson and Ella enjoyed playing in it especially with their cousins Kylee & Jace. Opa also took them for a ride in the garden cart around the yard:




Meanwhile the boys were practicing their soccer skills. The water wasn't too warm because it was in the shade, so Kylee warmed up with her daddy after the swim:





Later that night we enjoyed going on a date with my brother and his wife. We played 'aeroball'... for those of you who don't know what that is, don't worry, I didn't either :) It is basically one on one basketball while you are jumping on a trampoline: aka - a great workout! It was a lot of fun. Andrew also went on a hike with my brother and dad, and on Pioneer day we all took a drive up Ogden canyon for a fun picnic in Eden, UT. So all together, a very relaxing and fun summer weekend. Ella also had a first: Aunt kate painted her tiny toenails!! It looked so cute :)
