Today Ella is 5 months old and she can now have food. So today she got her first meal: Rice cereal! She had more fun talking to it than eating it, but she still got a good amount inside. It brought back many fun memories of Benson starting to eat! Oh how time flies by. Here is Ella after her first bite: still not really knowing what is going on....and then she is starting to figure it out.... and then not sure if she likes it... Then decided it is kind of fun playing with my food... hmm... do I like it or not???

ReplyDeleteI love when they start eating food! Such a great break from bottles and nursing! However, what a mess it can be! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, Maris, how wonderful we can 'almost be there' to watch her eating. This is the next best thing, believe me. What an adorable face; smiling, frowning, grimacing, etc. She's too cute for words, and we can't wait til you come to Santiago so we can gobble her up ourselves!
